I'm off the charts frustrated that I'm missing summer skating and derby bonding. It's hard to see past the "now" of being handicapped. Now is lasting FOREVER.
I am relearning how to walk on my foot, but even just to move, "walking" on das boot with crutch help is so much slower than just crutching! As I butt scooted up the stairs at my apartment (over 100 year old building) I noticed one of the stair rails was loose. This cramps my hold on tight and "hop-down the stairs" style. I don't want it to pull out the rail and fall down a flight of stairs... I'd really really need to be sedated or put in a padded room.
I will try to focus on my parade.
