Over the weekend I opened a can of non-fat refried beans, warmed some up, added some low fat cheese and dipped in baked tortilla chips. SO GOOD!! I'm totally craving to eat the rest of them... For fear of those *side effects* I have resisted, while it just makes me laugh, it can be awkward at practice. Or dancing.
So after practice Tuesday I'll have 22 hours before practice Wednesday/ I'll be in close proximity to people! It's go time!
